D-CCC is built upon the concept of discipleship. For us, this means walking with God and each other as people seek for God, and we seek to become more like Christ. Our ministry team is focused on teaching, loving, and caring for people in Jesus' name, so that they may be healed and restored in order to begin the discipleship process with others. Teaching Pastor: Don Snell
Don Snell has been in ministry for nearly 40 years. He has a passion for sharing the love and grace of God with people that can be found in Jesus Christ. He has been married to Mary for 41 years, and they have 8 children and 13 grandchildren. Don has been at Dever-Conner for 5 years.

Christian Education:
Whether it is infants or toddlers or children or youth ot adults, we want everyone to have the opportunity to know God and to know they are known by God. We have a group of committed teachers that want to help people along this walk of faith at whatever stage of life they may be in.

Office Administrator:  Mary Snell
Mary is Don's wife and has been our office manager and secretary for 4 years. She brings her heart for God and people into her work.

Worship Leader : Danny Dedera
Danny is married to Angie, and they have two children. He is a Bible college graduate with a passionate love for Jesus Christ. Danny is instrumental in our leadership and discipling everyone who is a part of our worship teams.
